LymphCare UK Covid-19 Update
All of our non-urgent routine review patients due an appointment in clinic have/are been contacted by phone for a consultation-this has ensured contact is maintained and we ensure you have the necessary equipment such as hosiery, wraps and creams as required to manage your condition.
If you feel you are due a review or require any advice or support please contact us on 01384 365014. Messages are checked regularly during the day (Monday-Friday). Please do not attend Central clinic unless specifically arranged.
We have continued to see essential patients face to face following strict triage and identification via urgency of need such as a palliative situation or a situation requiring very urgent assessment. We have also continued to see specific patients requiring essential bandaging and also are supporting the community District Nursing teams.
We continue to regularly liaise with our commissioners and colleagues at Dudley CCG, Public Health and Safeguarding teams. This has enabled us to keep up to date with community working advice/Personal Protective Equipment advice and supplies and we are proud we working in line with government advice and NHS England Covid-19 prioritisation of community services guidelines.
We hope you are managing to stay safe and well at this very difficult time and look forward to resuming our usual services as soon as possible.
